What if a resident breaks their lease?
Our Resident Guarantees protect you. If a resident breaks their lease within 6 or 12 months, we find a replacement at no additional cost. -
How do residents pay rent?
Through our secure online portal: online payments, automatic transfers, or check payments. -
What if rent is late?
We enforce lease terms through reminders, late fees, and direct communication with residents about overdue amounts. -
How do I get paid?
Monthly, after rent is collected and expenses are deducted, we will send you your remaining funds via direct deposit. Your Owner Portal shows all details anytime. -
How are maintenance requests handled?
Residents submit requests through their resident portal. We assess, schedule repairs, coordinate work, and process payment quickly. -
Who pays for maintenance and repairs?
Maintenance costs (labor, repairs, materials) are deducted from your rental income monthly before we distribute your funds. -
How do I see my financial information?
Your Owner Portal provides 24/7 access to monthly statements, rent payments, maintenance costs, and tax documents. -
Do you handle evictions?
Yes, we handle the entire process professionally and work to restore your rental income quickly, some of our plans offer Eviction Protection. -
What guarantees do you offer?
12-Month Resident Guarantee, 6-Month Resident Guarantee, 21-Day Leasing Guarantee, Eviction Protection Guarantee, Pet Protection Guarantee, and Happiness Guarantee. -
Can I reach you after hours?
