For more than two decades, we’ve been hands-on investors in rental real estate.

Along the way, we became increasingly frustrated with the level of service offered by traditional rental property management companies. Too often, property owners were treated like account numbers instead of long-term investment partners. Rather than settling for the status quo, we built our own management systems from the ground up—designed entirely around real-world investing experience and the standards we expect for our own properties.
